Consent and Acceptance of the Terms

By making the initial payment under the Special Offer, the Customer expressly certifies their acceptance of the Recurring Monthly Billing Terms. This acceptance implies authorization for automatic charges to be made every 30 days from the start of the service. The Customer also acknowledges that payments made are final and non-refundable. Selecting the corresponding checkbox during the payment process confirms that the Customer has read and fully accepts the Terms and Conditions of the service, constituting the necessary consent for payment processing.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By contracting the services of PV Media Solutions (hereinafter, “The Provider”), the Client expressly accepts the following terms and conditions related to recurring monthly billing:

  1. Recurring Charge Authorization

    • The Client authorizes the Provider to make an automatic monthly charge, every 30 days, to the payment method registered during the contracting process.

    • This authorization will remain in effect until the Client requests cancellation of the service in accordance with these Terms.

  2. Billing Cycle

    • The service is billed monthly and on a recurring basis, starting on the activation date.

    • Each billing period comprises 28 consecutive days.

  3. Service Cancellation

    • The Client has the option to cancel the service at any time by sending a written request to the email address: [[email protected]]( mailto:[email protected] ) .

    • Cancellation will prevent future charges, but does not apply to refunds for payments already processed.

  4. Refund Policy and Digital Wallet

    • Non-Refundable Nature of Payments : All payments made by the Client in connection with the use of GoHighLevel and/or PV Media Solutions, including subscriptions, domain registrations or renewals, telephony services, messaging, automation tools, and other charges, are strictly non-refundable. This policy remains in effect regardless of the Client's level of use or inactivity on the platform, with no refunds under any circumstances.

    • Digital Wallet Usage : The balance credited to your Digital Wallet can only be used within the GoHighLevel platform to purchase or renew products and services. It is not possible to refund, transfer, or credit this balance to third parties, other accounts, or credit or debit cards.

    • Account Cancellation and Balance Expiration : If the Customer requests account cancellation, they must first use any available balance in the Digital Wallet. After cancellation, any remaining balance will be considered expired and will no longer be valid, without the right to a refund, transfer, or compensation.

    • Limitation of Liability Regarding Funds in Digital Wallets : GoHighLevel and/or PV Media Solutions are not obligated to issue refunds for funds deposited in the Digital Wallet of active Clients. The Client acknowledges that the deposited funds are intended exclusively for services related to their account and operation on the platform.

  5. Initial Setup of the GoHighLevel Digital Wallet

    • Mandatory Initial Setup : The Client must complete the initial setup of their Digital Wallet within the first 24 hours of their first access, by accessing the "Settings" section of the Platform, the "Billing" module, registering a valid payment method (debit or credit card) and depositing a minimum balance of US$20.00 for purchases on the platform.

    • Minimum Balance Requirement and Auto-Reload : Maintaining a minimum operating balance in the Digital Wallet is essential for continued access to GoHighLevel's features. To avoid interruptions, the Customer authorizes the Auto-Reload feature, which automatically debits the registered payment method when the balance falls below the minimum required. The Auto-Reload amount is defined by the Customer within the parameters established by the Provider and can never be US$0.00.

    • Payment Processing Disclaimer : GoHighLevel and/or PV Media Solutions are not responsible for the payment method chosen by the Customer or for any processing performed by the issuing entity or bank. They assume no responsibility for declined charges, delays, errors, or other processing-related issues, which are the sole responsibility of the financial institutions.

    • Consequences of Non-Compliance : Failure to maintain the minimum balance or allowing the balance to reach US$0.00 may result in automatic system reconfiguration, temporary suspension of access, interruption of active services, and the inability to use the platform until the balance is regularized.

    • Customer Responsibility : The Customer is responsible for monitoring their digital wallet balance and maintaining sufficient funds for the uninterrupted operation of the contracted services. The Company will not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages resulting from failure to comply with this obligation.

    • Service Restoration : To restore access, the Customer must deposit the minimum required balance plus any amount owed, update billing information if necessary, and contact Customer Support ( [ https://adsxpress.net/ayuda](https://adsxpress.net/ayuda) ) to request account reactivation.

  6. Domain Name Registration and Transfer from an External Provider

    • Every website requires a domain name and web hosting service. If the Client wishes to transfer a domain previously registered with a third-party provider to GoHighLevel, they must submit a formal written request at least five (5) business days prior to the desired transfer. Additionally, the Client must hire a Microsoft-certified technician to perform the transfer. GoHighLevel and/or PV Media Solutions may contact the designated technician to coordinate and oversee the procedure. All transfer costs, fees, release, and management of the authorization code (EPP Code) will be borne by the Client. It is the Client's responsibility to obtain the EPP Code from the third-party provider; GoHighLevel will configure the domain once authorization is received and the technical requirements are met. GoHighLevel and/or PV Media Solutions will not be liable for interruptions, loss of access, errors, data loss, or any other inconveniences arising from the domain transfer or configuration. The Client assumes all risks inherent in the transfer, including any potential impact on the website's availability or functionality.

  7. Registration and Transfer of Domain Acquired from GoHighLevel to External Provider

    • If the Client wishes to transfer a domain acquired and registered with GoHighLevel to a third-party provider, they must submit a formal written request at least five (5) business days in advance and hire a Microsoft-certified technician to handle the process. GoHighLevel will verify the account's contractual and financial compliance before authorizing the transfer and will provide the EPP code to the designated technician once the requirements are confirmed. The Client, through their certified technician, will be responsible for DNS configuration and activation on the new platform. All costs associated with releasing, transferring, or renewing the domain will be the Client's responsibility. GoHighLevel and/or PV Media Solutions do not guarantee propagation times, which depend on the new provider and any third parties involved, nor will they be liable for interruptions, migration errors, data loss, or malfunctions resulting from the transfer. The Client assumes all technical and operational risks beyond the control of GoHighLevel and/or PV Media Solutions.

  8. Modifications to the Terms

    • The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the GoHighLevel and/or PV Media Solutions website. Continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  9. Customer Obligation

    • The customer must keep their payment method up to date and have sufficient funds for each charge. Failure to do so may result in service suspension.

  10. Legal Disclaimer

    • GoHighLevel and/or PV Media Solutions do not guarantee specific results or guaranteed income levels. Individual performance depends on various factors, including personal effort, proper strategy implementation, and user dedication. The success stories presented are individual cases and do not constitute a general promise or expectation. GoHighLevel and/or PV Media Solutions is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or operated by Google, Facebook, or any of their brands, products, or affiliated entities.

  11. Applicable Legislation

    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without prejudice to any applicable public policy provisions in the Client's jurisdiction.
